1. Damaged Parcels:

  • We take great care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at support@tomatotes.co with a video of the damaged product and the consignment slip.

2. Timeframe for Returns:

  • We accept returns within 10 days from the date you received your order. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned parcel and verify the condition, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exclusions:

  • Our return policy does not apply to custom-made orders. It is applicable only to items that are already in our inventory.

Tomatotes Exchange Policy

At Tomatotes, we want you to love what you purchase. While we do not offer exchanges on all items, we do provide an exchange option for bags only, under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only valid for bags.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Custom-made items or limited editions are not eligible for exchange.

2. Free Exchange Window (Within 2 Days)

  • If you wish to exchange your bag, you may do so free of charge within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@tomatotes.co or via WhatsApp at +92-3250933933 with your order number and reason for exchange.

3. Exchange with Fee (3–5 Days)

  • If you request an exchange after 2 days but within 5 days of receiving your order, a handling and service fee of PKR 500 will be charged.

  • This fee covers reverse logistics, repackaging, and administrative processing.

4. Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and send you the replacement after we receive the original item.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the process to complete.
